You’ve studied the culture of your people. You gain the trained proficiency rank in Acrobatics and Nature. If you would automatically become trained in one of those skills (from your background or class, for example), you instead become trained in a skill of your choice.
You also gain the Additional Lore general — Feat for Anemonian Lore.
Aquatic Adaptation — Feat 1

Whether in the liquid methane seas of a gas giant or the oceans of a terrestrial world, you are a natural swimmer. You gain a swim Speed of 20 feet. Additionally, due to your unique biology, you can hold your breath for 2 hours.
Current’s Guidance — Feat 1

Prerequisite Chorus or Luminescent Anemonian
You can quiet your thoughts and listen for a whisper of guidance from the Great Current, which nudges you toward the proper course. You gain the guidance cantrip as an innate spell of the same tradition as your heritage’s spells.
Expressive Luminescence — Feat 1

You can subtly shift the patterns and intensity of your inner light to influence the mood of others. You gain a +1 circumstance bonus to Diplomacy checks to Make an Impression and to Performance checks to tell a story or express an emotion. You can also cast prestidigitation as an innate arcane or divine spell (depending on your heritiage, defaulting to arcane)
Improved Bouyancy — Feat 1

You have mastered your body’s natural lift, allowing you to hang in the air for a few moments. When you use the Buoyant Leap action, you do not fall until the end of your turn, instead of at the end of the action. This allows you to remain airborne after your leap to use other actions (such as making a Strike or opening a door).
Prehensile Reach — Feat 1

Your tendrils can extend just far enough to manipulate your environment. Your reach increases to 10 feet, but only for Interact actions. This allows you to open doors, pick up objects, use items, and so on, but does not grant you additional reach with your melee attacks.
Pressurized — Feat 1

Your body is accustomed to immense pressure, making you difficult to crush or hold. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to your Fortitude DC to resist being grappled or swallowed whole. In addition you can survive indefinitely in the vacuum of space, though you still need a way to breathe and may need protection from radiation.
5th Level
Constricting Tendrils — Feat 5

Prerequisites Prehensile Reach
Your tendrils are stronger and more dexterous, capable of entangling foes. You can use your Prehensile Reach to perform Athletics checks to Grapple, Shove, and Trip creatures up to 10 feet away.
Dizzying Patterns — Feat 5

You can create a mesmerizing, swirling pattern of light to distract a foe. You can cast dizzying colors once per day as a 1st rank arcane spell.
Lashing Strikes — Feat 5

Your tendrils lash out with surprising speed and length. Your unarmed Strikes gain the reach trait.
Pressure Sense — Feat 5

Prerequisites All-Around Sense
You have refined your natural awareness into a true special sense. You gain pressure sense, an imprecise sense with a range of 30 feet. This sense detects vibrations and disturbances in the air. A creature you detect using pressure sense is still hidden from you (not observed), but you know its location, allowing you to target it. This works on creatures that are flying or on the ground, but not those that are burrowing or fully submerged in a liquid.
Tendril Screen [reaction] — Feat 5

You whip your multitude of tendrils into a confusing screen that obscures your exact location. You gain the benefits of the concealed condition against the triggering attack.
Weightless Drift [two-actions] — Feat 5

You have mastered your buoyancy to such a degree that you can achieve true, albeit temporary, flight. You gain a fly Speed of 20 feet for 1 minute.
9th Level
Aetheric Creation — Feat 9

Your understanding of arcane creation has grown, allowing you to manifest simple but useful objects and effects. You can cast air bubble, mending, and temporary tool as 1st-rank innate arcane spells, each once per day.
Buoyant Levitation — Feat 9

Prerequisites Weightless Drift
Your mastery over your buoyancy is absolute, allowing you to float effortlessly. You are no longer required to use the Buoyant Leap action or the Weightless Drift activity to fly. You gain a permanent fly Speed of 20 feet.
Choral Provisions — Feat 9

Prerequisites Chorus Anemonian
Your connection to the Great Current deepens, allowing you to channel its life-sustaining energy not just to mend, but to create. You can coalesce this divine energy into shimmering, gelatinous globules of nutrient-rich matter and pure, clean water, providing for your allies even in the most barren environments. You can cast create water and create food as 2nd-rank innate divine spells, each once per day.
Malleable Form — Feat 9

Your body lacks a fixed structure or easily targeted vital organs, allowing you to absorb and redirect kinetic energy. You gain resistance to precision damage equal to 3 + half your level. Additionally, you gain a +1 circumstance bonus to your Fortitude DC against effects that would move you, such as Shove.
Pressure Acuity — Feat 9

Prerequisites Pressure Sense
Your ability to perceive the world through air currents becomes incredibly sharp. The range of your imprecise pressure sense increases to 60 feet. Furthermore, by spending a single action, you can focus your sense with extreme intensity. When you do, your pressure sense becomes a precise sense until the start of your next turn, and you cannot be flanked during this time.
13th Level
Dazzling Cloak — Feat 13

You have learned to weave your inner light into a complex, defensive matrix of pure arcane energy. This shimmering, kaleidoscopic cloak surrounds your body, its colors shifting and swirling hypnotically. The dazzling display distracts and confounds attackers, turning your artistic expression into a potent shield. You can cast cloak of colors as a 5th-rank innate arcane spell once per day.
Pinpoint Accuracy — Feat 13

Your pressure sense is so fine-tuned that you can perceive the smallest details with ease. When you use the Pressure Acuity action you automatically succeed at the flat check to target a concealed creature within your pressure sense range and the DC of the flat check to target a hidden creature is reduced from 11 to 6.
Snagging Tendrils [reaction] — Feat 13

Trigger You are targeted by a physical attack.
Requirements You are aware of the attack.
You lash out with a net of tendrils to intercept the blow. You gain a +2 circumstance bonus to your AC against the triggering attack. If the attack is with a melee weapon and misses, you can immediately attempt an Athletics check to Disarm them of the weapon they used for the attack. This Disarm check is a free action and follows the normal rules for the Disarm action. If the attack is with a thrown weapon, you catch it. If it was a piece of ammunition it is simply deflected or destroyed.
Weightless Speed — Feat 13

You move through the air with grace and speed. The speed of your permanent fly Speed from Buoyant Levitation increases to match your current land Speed, or 30 feet, whichever is higher.
17th Level
Greater Pressure Acuity — Feat 17

Prerequisites Pinpoint Accuracy
Your consciousness has merged with the air around you, granting you a perfect, constant awareness of your surroundings. Your pressure sense is now a precise sense with a range of 60 feet at all times. You no longer need to spend an action to activate Pressure Acuity; its benefits are constant. You can sense everything around you perfectly, ignoring all forms of concealment, invisibility, and darkness, and you cannot be flanked.
Sculpted Reality — Feat 17

You have mastered the art of weaving light and magic into complex, semi-real illusions. You can cast illusory creature as a 7th-rank innate arcane spell once per day.
